Steve Karlinsey
Lead Vocals
My earliest influences were Simon and Garfunkle, and the Beatles. Later, I came into my appreciation for music and gravitated towards Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, U2, and later on the old sounds like Wilson Pickett and Ray Charles.
I developed my voice with the help of Seattle’s late premier maestro David Kyle, and then moved away from the operatic technique to cut my teeth first doing hard rock, and then later approaching blues.
I vary in my style ability, but do soulful rock/blues well, and like to evoke passion into those musical forms.
